Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the dadu platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dadu ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
The dadu platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to you.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of dadu services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. dadu shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the dadu platform's systems.
- Do not share your account with others or transfer account ownership.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the dadu platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. dadu supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved digital wallets.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification process as required. dadu reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, dadu reserves the right to hold the relevant funds pending the outcome of an investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change from time to time. You are encouraged to check the latest figures in your account. All processed payments are final and non-refundable except in certain circumstances at dadu's sole discretion.
Dadu is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third parties such as banks or payment service providers in the course of processing your transactions.
Platform Rules of Use & Limitation of Liability
General Rules of Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the dadu platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, bonuses, or voting systems is a serious violation that may result in account closure and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The dadu platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. dadu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses.
Dadu's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure
Dadu reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for operational and security reasons. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining funds may be withheld pending an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dadu platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other visual elements, is the property of dadu or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from dadu.
Third-Party Links
The dadu platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. dadu is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such sites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Dadu reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
